Bryan McNabb
Bryan McNabb is an Instructor for Command Presence Training. He is the lead instructor and co-author of Decision Making: The Foundation of Reasonable Force and Active Shooter: Awareness, Prevention, and Response.
After serving 4 years in the US Marine Corps from 1994-1998, Bryan began his law enforcement career in 2003 with the Lakeland Police Department in Lakeland, FL where he continues to serve as the Training Sergeant and Range Master. Throughout his time at the Lakeland Police Department, Bryan has served in Patrol, Investigations, and Training. Bryan has taught numerous training topics including Use of Force, De-Escalation, Firearms, Vehicle Operations, and Active Shooter. Bryan was responsible for developing the Lakeland Police Department Active Shooter Program as well as a civilian version that is mandatory for all 2,700 City of Lakeland Employees. Bryan also served 13 years on the SWAT Team as an entry team member, breacher, and scout sniper. During his time on the SWAT Team Bryan won 3 World Championships competing at the SWAT Roundup International in 2009, 2010, and 2014.
Bryan earned his Associates of Science in Criminal Justice from Polk State College. Bryan lives in Lakeland, Florida with his wife and two sons. In his spare time Bryan loves working out, camping, hunting, and all sports specially football and baseball.
