Prior to his consulting career, Al was a senior leader for more than 20 years in the employee benefits industry.

This program is specifically designed for executive-level command staff in public safety, including law enforcement, corrections, fire services, and emergency management.
Because of the highly collaborative nature of this event, we limit attendance to only 50 participants. Not everyone who applies will be selected to attend.
This event is partially funded through our Community Impact Partner, Strategic Communications. Strategic Communications has provided funds that help to drastically reduce the cost of attendance to only $995/person.
