I am Kelton Faught, co-founder of Under Pressure - Power Washing Services, LLC. I am a Christian husband to an amazing wife and father to a beautiful daughter and a handsome son! I have a diverse background, including years in retail management, carpentry, cabinet making, building custom furniture for private jets at Gulfstream Aerospace, and even brief experience as a Brunswick Police Officer.
I founded Under Pressure in March of 2020 when my wife left her teaching career after the birth of our son. COVID-19 had just begun, and we decided that she should retire to keep our young family safe. As a result of the pandemic, our family lost all of my overtime pay, which had been sustaining us, and we found ourselves presented with the "opportunity" to find new means of income. After some research, we settled on the idea of pressure washing. So, we sold our kayaks to raise the money to buy our first pressure washer. Still working full-time at Gulfstream, I spent every afternoon and weekend growing our business.
Through continuing education and the determination to never stop improving our business, we discovered "Soft Washing - The Alternative to Pressure Washing." This new technique uses biodegradable chemicals and low pressure to safely clean any surface. Now, four years later, we are Brunswick's only licensed and certified soft washing company. We received extensive hands-on and online training to provide our clients with the best results and experience in our industry! We are now the highest rated company on Google with over 200 5-star reviews.
What this journey has made me realize, however, is that entrepreneurship and leadership are my true passions. I want to be a leadership development company that just so happens to do pressure washing. I want to help other small business owners grow personally and professionally, empowering them to invest in the people and places our wonderful community has to offer.
