Joe is a Learning and Development consultant who retired from the United States Army as a Military Police First Sergeant after more than 20-years of service. His last few military assignments include Operations Sergeant Major for a Combined Arms Training Brigade, Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Department of Military Science at West Point, and the West Point Equal Opportunity Program Manager. Following his retirement he served as a Training Specialist for the Center for Army Profession and Ethic and as a Human Capital Plans and Development Specialist as an Army Civilian at West Point. As a private consultant he’s worked with dozens of organizations across a wide range of industries to help them improve performance through the development of their greatest asset – their people. Joe specializes in developing leaders of character, professional organizational climates, and high performing cultures of trust. He applies two decades of direct leadership experience in high stress environments to bring out the best in the organizations he works with.
