Ultimate Training Munitions (UTM™) 3 Day Instructor Certification Class: Realistic, scenario based training is no longer optional; it’s a requirement. With the increased focus on police training, agencies cannot afford to expose themselves to allegations of “failure to train”. That’s why you should attend this class.
Going far beyond “marking cartridges”, this course exposes students to advancements in blank-fire technology, protective equipment, and training methodologies that enhance officer safety and performance in the field.
Students will participate in skill builders, drills, and force on force scenarios which serve as the foundation for developing realistic training programs in their agencies. Topics include the innovative UTM Training model, safety guidelines, role player development, testing protocols, scenario development, and utilization of limited resources including budget/facilities.
Certifications: Includes Level 1 and Level 2 Instructor Certification and allows instructors to certify members of their own agency as Level I instructors.
